We will define a specific sales strategy for each selected country and region. This plan will include all routes to market and the costs. 

We develop pricing strategies and forecast stock quantities by country.

For countries that you would like to enter we would do the following:

· Implement a specific sales strategy for the first 3, 6, 9, 12 months. The complete overview would list all key channels, distributors and market segments you should be targeting.

· Help develop a pricing strategy for each country. This needs to consider product cost, competitor pricing and undertake consideration of all logistics, sales costs, retailer and distributor margins, mandatory local taxes and obligations, which vary in each market.

· Once initial meetings within new countries have been set up and contracts signed, we would complete detailed forecasting for each country and align that to initial fulfilment, replenishment, material buy lead times as well as production and delivery schedules.

We work with Tech Start-Ups or join businesses when they have established themselves but want to expand their reach and need help to introduce their products and technologies to the regional or global marketplace.

Our team can manage the complete business and act as your global sales team. We can also manage and implement the entire set up and then pass the day to day running over to you and your team.

Alternatively, you might just need a Sales/Planning/Brainstorming Workshop or a short-term project completed.

We have a variety of ways we can work with you. Some companies use us to manage their complete business in the countries we set up for them; some just want us to set up the initial business and they then take over; and others just use us on a temporary basis to get useful information from us such as contacts and routes to markets.
